Yousra Ismail

Yousra Ismail, MBA, ACC, currently serves as the Regional Culture Coaching Manager at Great Place to Work® Middle East since January 2023 and is the Founder of The People's Lab since August 2019. With extensive experience in human resources management, Yousra has held key positions such as Human Resources Manager at Vision Valley, Sigma Fit Egypt, CirclePay, and Hive Analytics, as well as Human Resources Development Manager at SEKEM Group. Prior expertise includes serving as a Senior HR Development Advisor and Corporate Trainer at Qualifications Development Bank, and a Human Resources Supervisor at BBI. Yousra's educational background includes an MBA in Global Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a B.A. in English Literature from Cairo University, complemented by certifications in coaching.
