Jan van der Wegen

Jan van der Wegen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and customer experience. Currently serving as People Lead at Great Place To Work® Nederland since April 2019, Jan focuses on fostering a culture of trust to maximize individual potential within organizations. Previously, Jan held the role of Customer & Employee Experience Specialist at the same company, optimizing customer journeys and organizing inspirational events. Jan's career includes a sabbatical from January 2018 to January 2019, dedicated to global exploration and personal growth. Prior to that, Jan worked at Pepperminds from 2008 to 2017, progressing from Teamcaptain to Senior Salescoach, emphasizing the importance of building customer loyalty. Jan holds a Bachelor of Education in Learning & Development from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Gymnasium degree from Maurick College Vught.
