Tom Strouken

Tom Strouken serves as the Operations & Innovations Lead at Great Place To Work® Nederland since March 2020, where responsibilities include transitioning the organization to a more SaaS business model and implementing various projects, such as a new CRM system and customer success roles. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Consultant at Great Place To Work® Nederland from January 2018 to September 2019, providing guidance on employer development and conducting organizational analysis. Tom's previous experiences include a range of positions in transportation planning, HR consultancy, and a world travel venture. Tom holds multiple degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, including an Executive Program in Digital Innovation & Transformation, a Master of Science in Policy, Communication, and Organization, and a Bachelor in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
