Stacy S. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, People & Purpose, at Great Place to Work US since September 2019, Stacy has co-founded the Great Place to Work® Black Employee Resource Group (BERG), which aims to enhance the workplace experience for Black employees. Previous roles include Director of People Operations, where strategic leadership in learning and employee experience was emphasized, and prior positions at the University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions involved managerial responsibilities across various nursing programs. Moreover, Stacy has provided consultancy services as the owner of NicoleLee & Company and has held roles in client relationship management at Great Place to Work Institute and product administration at Morgan Stanley Online, showcasing a diverse skill set in both leadership and client engagement.
