Melissa Thurrell

Melissa Thurrell is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and audit services. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Accountant at Great Places Housing Group since January 2020, Melissa has also held roles as a Management Accountant at Select Property Group and as a Senior Accountant & Auditor at Clarke Nicklin Group, where responsibilities included delivering audit and accountancy assignments for owner-managed and entrepreneurial businesses across the UK. Additionally, Melissa has experience in teaching swimming to both adults and children during tenures at Virgin Active and Total Fitness. Academically, Melissa holds a BA (Econ) in Accounting from The University of Manchester.
