Stuart Allison

Stuart Allison has extensive experience in the housing development industry. Stuart is currently the Head of Development (Post Contract) at Great Places Housing Group since September 2022. Previously, Stuart was the Director of Halcyon Living Space Limited, a housing development company they co-founded in 2018. Stuart'srole at Halcyon involved establishing and managing the business to deliver quality housing. Stuart also served as the Managing Director North West at Kier Living from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they held various management positions at Southdale Ltd, including Managing Director Western Region, Regional Director North West, Construction Director, Commercial Director, Commercial Manager, and Senior Quantity Surveyor from 2001 to 2015.

Stuart Allison's education history began in 1977 when they attended Holy Trinity Senior School in Halifax. From 1985 to 1987, they studied at Huddersfield Technical College, earning an ONC degree in Building Construction Technology. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution from 1995 to 1999, receiving a HND degree in the same field. From 1998 to 2000, Stuart attended Leeds Beckett University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management.
