John Clements

John Clements is an experienced plant manager with a robust background in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Great Plains Manufacturing, Inc. since September 2021, John previously held various leadership roles at CNH Industrial, including Business Unit Manager and HR Training & People Development Pillar Lead, where significant contributions were made to lean methods and continuous improvement initiatives. Johns Manville and Exide Technologies also benefited from John's expertise in supervising production teams and managing operational processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Sterling College, John combines industry knowledge with strong leadership skills developed over a career spanning multiple companies in the manufacturing sector, including a significant tenure in the US Marine Corps Reserves.
