Brady Skaff

Brady Skaff is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and total rewards. Brady served as Human Resources Director at Great River Energy from March 2014 to August 2020, where responsibilities included roles as Compensation & Retirement Analyst, Rewards & Talent Specialist, and HR Specialist. Following this, Brady worked as HR Manager at Minnkota Power Cooperative from August 2021 to September 2023 and as Human Resources Business Partner at South Peninsula Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior HR Training Coordinator at TCF Bank from January 2012 to March 2014, focusing on new employee orientations. Brady holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Management, and Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
