Bryan Ramler

Bryan Ramler is a Senior Regional Transmission Planning Engineer at Great River Energy since October 2025, with extensive experience in transmission planning and engineering. Prior to this role, Bryan served as a Principal Engineer at Electric Power Engineers from February 2025 to October 2025 and worked at Xcel Energy from May 2013 to February 2025 as a Senior Transmission Production Cost Modeling Analyst, specializing in production cost modeling and long-term economic transmission planning. Bryan has also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern in Transmission Planning at Xcel Energy, where responsibilities included contingency analysis and model verification. Before entering the engineering field, Bryan served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, managing ground communications equipment. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electronics Technology from Dunwoody College of Technology.
