Joy Arens has over three decades of experience in various roles, currently serving as a System Operations Coordinator at Great River Energy since October 2011. In addition to this position, Joy has been volunteering as a Committee Chair and Event Coordinator for Harvest of Hands since January 1988, organizing events to support local and global hunger initiatives. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Marketing/Accounting Analyst and Administrative Assistant at Kromer Company LLC from June 2010 to October 2011, and as an IS Software Engineer and BW Analyst/Developer at Tennant Company from December 1987 to December 2008, where responsibilities included the complete lifecycle of Business Warehouse development. Joy holds a Technical Degree in Educational Aide/Clerical from Hutchinson Vo-Tech Institute and has pursued additional education at North Hennepin Community College and RZ Solutions.
