Todd Chandler

Todd Chandler, P.E., currently serves as Vice President at Great River Engineering since July 2022, leading the establishment of a new branch office in Branson to support public and private projects in the region. Prior to this role, Todd held positions as Associate Principal at CPWG Engineering and Senior Engineer at Olsson Associates. Notably, Todd was a Construction Manager at HNTB for the US 290 project in Northwest Houston, overseeing over $1 billion in construction, and also managed significant projects such as the I-35 widening in Austin, Texas. Additional experience includes roles at Hilti as a Field Engineer and various engineering positions at HNTB, managing several military and flood protection projects. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
