Hope Dunn has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in leadership roles. Hope is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Great River Health since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Healthcare from June 2020 to June 2022. Hope also served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital from November 2019 to June 2020 and at St. Luke's Medical Center from September 2015 to October 2019. Hope worked as the Director of Nursing at Tempe St. Luke's Hospital from August 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Clinical Resource Lead at Maricopa Integrated Health System from 2013 to 2014 and served as the Chief Nursing Officer at HealthSouth from 2011 to 2013.

Hope also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Scottsdale Community College.
