Erin Conley

Senior Associate at Great Schools Partnership

Dr. Erin Conley is joining the Great Schools Partnership team as a Senior Associate with a deep

commitment to improving education systems and practices to ensure equitable outcomes for all.

Erin is a transformative educational leader with over 26 years of experience in education,

encompassing roles such as college professor, district administrator, principal, director of a

professional development institute, consultant, and teacher leader. During her tenure as Director of TIMES 2 Institute she pioneered ExGen, a teacher externship program bridging education and industry to help teachers contextualize learning in the classroom so that it capitalizes on essential skills and competencies needed to be successful in the 21 st century workplace.

Previously, Erin led the establishment of an award winning magnet program recognized nationally as a Magnet School of Excellence and a National Green Ribbon School. Her leadership focused on developing cutting-edge curricula in health, STEM, work-based learning, environmental sciences, and technology, addressing students’ holistic development. Complementing her administrative roles, she mentors future educators as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut's NEAG School of Education.

Dr. Erin Conley holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Bucknell University an M.S. in

Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University, a certificate in Educational

Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership from Northeastern

University. Her doctoral research concentrated on preparing educators to integrate career-

connected learning into curricula, emphasizing skills vital for tomorrow’s workforce.

She resides in Quaker Hill, Connecticut with her family and when not working can be found

hiking, at the beach or relaxing by the pool.
