Scarlett Tannetta is a Senior Associate with the Great Schools Partnership. She is an accomplished educator with a proven track record of dedication to student achievement and teacher development. Throughout her career, she has held various roles including teacher, Dean of Curriculum and Instruction, literacy coach, and professional development facilitator.

She believes deeply in the transformative power of literacy, viewing it as a means to support closing gaps in educational equity and access. She is a strong advocate for new teacher training and support, recognizing the importance of mentorship and professional development in helping educators thrive in their roles.

Scarlett is a double Riverhawk with both a B.A. in English and American Studies, and a Ed.M. in Curriculum and Instruction: English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is also a Massachusetts Education Policy Fellow at the Rennie Center for Education Research and Policy in Boston, MA. She enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and playing with her poodle.
