Steve Chugg

Steve Chugg is an experienced leader in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Group Executive of Business and Embedded Finance at Great Southern Bank since November 2019, where Steve is spearheading an innovative partnership with a fintech to launch a digital-first small business banking solution. Previously, Steve held various executive roles including Chief Operating Officer at Great Southern Bank, Chief Executive Officer of CUA Health Limited, and Chief of Transformation & Subsidiaries at CUA. With extensive experience at ANZ in roles such as General Manager and State Manager, Steve has demonstrated strong capabilities in operational performance, strategic partnerships, and transformation management. Steve Chugg holds an MBA from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Griffith University.
