Rachel Lowe, CCBCO, is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as AVP Senior Compliance Officer CRA at Busey since November 2022, and previously as Community Reinvestment Compliance Specialist at Great Southern Bank, Rachel has developed a robust background in compliance and regulatory frameworks. Prior experience includes a three-year contract as a Financial Institution Specialist with the FDIC, where Rachel received cross-divisional training and attended national compliance training schools. Rachel also completed an internship and work-study program with the FDIC in the Division of Consumer Protection.
