Caleb Blair

Caleb Blair is a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Great Western Home Loans since March 2023. As a Co-Founder of Westwin Elements and Founder of Effect Consulting Group, both roles have been held since March 2022 and January 2021, respectively. Caleb also serves as the Owner of Effect Florida since February 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Communications Specialist at Corcoran Partners from December 2019 to December 2021 and as a Yes Man for the Ron DeSantis for Governor campaign in 2018. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tampa and Capella University.
