Ivan Osorio

Ivan Osorio possesses extensive experience in customer service and logistics within the maritime and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a customer service representative at Great White Fleet Ltd. since September 2021, Ivan's responsibilities include managing and verifying client information and shipping knowledge. Prior roles include working as a general assistant at UNBOX Panama, focusing on package control and customer assistance, as well as serving as a traffic agent for exports at Pier17Group. Ivan's experience includes significant tenure at Panama Ports Company S.A. as a yard monitoring assistant, overseeing container positioning and management within the port. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at Logistic Management and Transportation Corp. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transportation Engineering with an emphasis on port administration from Universidad Marítima Internacional de Panamá, achieved between 2009 and 2012.
