Simon Best attended The Dorchester Thomas Hardye School from 1988 to 1993 where they completed their high school education focusing on subjects such as Biology, German, and General Studies. After graduating from high school, they went on to study at the University of Wales from 1993 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc(Hons)) degree in Zoology. Following that, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Impact Assessment, also at the University of Wales. In 1998, they briefly attended the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Management Studies.
