Andrea is a seasoned professional with a M.A. in Training & Development from Roosevelt University. She started off her career as an instructional designer; developing instructor-led and e-learning courses varying from technical and soft skills courses to entire sales curricula. She progressed in her career to such roles as learning consultant, performance analyst, trainer, facilitator, leadership development coach and learning strategist / business partner.
In her current role as a Training Manager, she applies her strategic and critical thinking skills for the implementation of programs designed to develop leaders, sales teams and other employees within her organization.
