Tisha Skinner, MBA, is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in franchise ownership and multicultural marketing. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Baltimore Urban League and owning the first Rita’s Italian Ice franchise in an airport, Tisha also operates multiple Smoothie King locations with a mission to inspire healthier lifestyles. Previous roles include Multicultural Marketing Manager at Breakthru Beverage Group, where Tisha received the Diageo National Golden Bar award, and Director of Sales & Marketing at Amaris Consulting. Tisha's early career included positions at Georgia Pacific, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, and a sales internship at WXYV/V103 Baltimore. Tisha earned an Executive MBA in International Business/Marketing from Mercer University and a B.S. in Telecommunications from Morgan State University.
