Elisabeth Glover

Elisabeth Glover is an experienced planning professional with a robust background in urban planning and project management. As a Principal Planning Officer and Project Manager for the Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service from September 2022 to October 2023, Elisabeth led planning workstreams for the Darwin Green 2/3 development and managed the Accelerator Pilot Project. Prior roles include Deputy Planning Manager for Major Developments at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, where responsibilities encompassed case reviews and stakeholder negotiations, along with significant contributions as a Principal Planning Officer in several councils including Lewisham and Waltham Forest. Elisabeth holds a Master of Planning from The University of Sheffield and an MSc in Urban Planning and Management from Aalborg University.
