Joni Duncan

Joni Duncan currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this, Joni held various leadership roles in human resources, including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago from January 2006 to October 2020, as well as Director of Human Resources Operations at the same institution. Joni's experience also includes serving as Manager of Human Resources at Advocate Christ Medical Center and Director of Human Resources at Children's Memorial Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.
