Joy Childress

Joy Childress is an experienced education professional with a strong focus on program management, student support, and career pathways development. Currently serving as Program Manager for Tech Talent at Greater Cleveland Partnership, Joy has previously worked as Family Liaison at Cleveland College Preparatory School, where responsibilities included coordinating events and assisting families. In the role of Academic Readiness Coordinator at Richmond Heights Local Schools, improvements in student pathways enrollment and attendance were achieved through strategic collaboration and leadership in implementing Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS). Joy also has a background in career connections and teaching, with proven success in enhancing student engagement and developing educational programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and French from the University of Mount Union.
