Nikki Sullivan

Nikki Sullivan, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Employer Navigator at Greater Cleveland Partnership since December 2022. With a diverse background, Nikki has been with the Cleveland Browns since August 2004, where responsibilities as Senior Training Bartender included training seasonal hires and providing VIP client experiences during home games. From August 2016 to July 2022, Nikki worked as an HR, Regional Operations & Corporate Trainer at MRN, LTD., collaborating with executives and managing talent acquisition and performance management for a large workforce. Previous roles include Lead Server & Tour Guide at House of Blues Entertainment, where notable achievements included receiving Employee of the Month and achieving 100% scores during mystery shopper visits. Other experience includes bartending at Hard Rock Cafe, substitute teaching in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and serving as a parole officer for the State of Ohio. Nikki holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University.
