Daveda Bencs, MBA, TSSP has a diverse work history with experience in transportation management, business analysis, and retail management. Daveda started their career at Greater Cleveland RTA in 2000, where they held various roles including Transit Police Dispatcher, Paratransit Scheduler, and Mobility Specialist. In these positions, they managed call centers, scheduled bus service, and oversaw a van service for clients. Daveda also analyzed data and made recommendations for improved performance and cost control. Additionally, Daveda served as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed budget, collision, and maintenance data and maintained a high coaching average for a driver behavior modification system. Daveda later joined CVS Health in 2014 as a Shift Supervisor, where they managed employee shifts, handled loss prevention, and ensured accurate pricing.

In 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, graduating in 2006.
