Communications and Community Engagement

The Communications and Community Engagement team at Greater Cleveland RTA is responsible for maintaining effective communication with the public, enhancing community relationships, and promoting the agency's services. Team members handle customer inquiries, engage with community stakeholders, develop internal and external communication strategies, oversee marketing initiatives, and create visual content to support RTA's mission of providing reliable and efficient public transportation.
