Charles Brasfeild

Charles Brasfeild has extensive experience in executive leadership roles within the Boy Scouts of America organization. Charles started their career in 1998 as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Central Florida Council. Charles then moved on to become the CEO of the Flint River Council in 2009, and later served as the Scout Executive and CEO of the Golden Empire Council starting in 2014. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Denver Area Council in 2020.

Charles Brasfield attended Queen Anne's County High School from 1987 to 1990 and obtained their diploma. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Mississippi State University from 1990 to 1995. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
