Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority
Rhonda Townsend has been working at the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority since May 2007 as a Quality Service Representative, assisting the public with new TAPP-Pay accounts and phone app issues. Prior to this, Rhonda was the Chief Executive Officer at Grapes Graphics from June 1983 to April 2007, where Rhonda specialized in designing and printing t-shirts, business cards, and accessories for events. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Public Policy Studies from Capital University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Graphic and Printing Equipment Operation from Sinclair Community College, and a high school diploma from Nettie Lee Roth High School.

RTA is Ohio’s greenest public transit fleet, and serves 3,300 stops on 25 routes throughout Montgomery and parts of Greene County. The agency operates diesel, hybrid diesel, and electric trolley buses connecting people to jobs, educational opportunities, health care appointments and the over community. Customers take over 9 million trips a year RTA. At staff of over 600 employees are committed to providing the highest levels of safety and customer service.
