Heidi Fulcher

Heidi Fulcher M.Ed. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in non-profit management and program development. Currently serving as the Vice President of the GOODS Program at Greater Good Charities since April 2023, Heidi leads initiatives focused on benefiting people, pets, and the planet, having contributed to the organization’s impact through significant financial investments. Previously, at PetSmart Charities, Heidi held the role of Senior Adoption Grants Manager, overseeing a substantial grant portfolio to connect individuals with pets. Additional experience includes managing operations at Whatcom County Council on Aging, project management for the NW Innovation Resource Center, and roles in business development and administration with BP and Alcoa. Heidi holds a Master's in Education with a focus on Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from Western Washington University.
