Lydia Hickey

Lydia Hickey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in foundation services. Currently serving as the Senior Foundation Services Manager at the Greater Houston Community Foundation since August 2015, Lydia is responsible for overseeing service delivery to Foundation Service Clients, managing daily operations, facilitating board meetings, and conducting grant research and evaluation. Prior to this role, Lydia worked as a Foundation Services Manager at Houston Endowment from June 2007 to May 2015, where responsibilities included IT support for grant seekers and the processing of grant applications. Lydia's career began at Hermann Park Conservancy as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, providing vital administrative support.
