Marie Guillot

Marie Guillot is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at EMA Partners International, Marie leads executive searches nationally and globally. Marie also chairs the Women Presidents Organization's new San Antonio Chapter, focusing on leadership and business development for women leaders. As an Advance Certified Leadership Consultant for Hogan Assessment Systems, Marie champions self-awareness and skill development for leaders. In addition, Marie chairs the Women on Board Institute at the Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce, guiding executive women towards board leadership roles.
