Diane Gallagher currently serves as Vice President of Civic & Community Initiatives at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, focusing on community and civic engagement. Prior to this role, Diane had an extensive tenure at American Century Investments, where responsibilities included leading employee experience, learning and development, and community engagement as Senior Vice President. Diane also held multiple vice president positions at American Century Investments, concentrating on employee relations, client marketing, retirement efforts, and defined contribution practices. Earlier career experiences include roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services, where Diane provided thought leadership and managed product marketing and participant communications. Additional experience includes media relations at the Mutual Fund Education Alliance and communications coordination at Sinai Health System. Diane holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy and graduated from the Greater KC Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program.
