Ellen Ly

Ellen Ly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ellen began their career in 2014 as a Financial Officer at the Ontario Ministry of Finance. In 2016, they transitioned to the Ontario Public Service as a Research Policy Analyst, where they were employed until 2018. Ellen then joined the Competition and Markets Authority as an Assistant Project Manager before moving on to the Greater London Authority in 2019. At the Greater London Authority, they first served as a Senior Policy Officer and later advanced to the position of Principal Policy Officer, specializing in business engagement.

Ellen Ly obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto between the years of 2008 and 2012. In 2015, they also obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute and completed a Project Management course at the University of Toronto.
