Joanna Moroney

Joanna Moroney is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and programme oversight. Currently serving as a Senior Programme Officer for the Greater London Authority, Joanna manages the £4.5bn Building Safety Fund, focusing on the remediation of unsafe cladding systems in high-rise residential buildings. Previously, as a Programme Officer in the European Programmes Management Unit, Joanna ensured compliance with EU regulations through effective project monitoring and stakeholder engagement.
