John Kolm Murray

John Kolm Murray is an experienced professional specializing in energy policy and fuel poverty management. Currently serving as a Retrofit for Net Zero Manager at the Greater London Authority since November 2017, John has developed and delivered the Fuel Poverty Action Plan and serves as the policy lead on matters of energy vulnerability and energy efficiency standards in the private rented sector.
