Kinda Youssef Allamaa has extensive experience in digital strategy and project management. Kinda has worked as the Head of Delivery at the Greater London Authority, where they were responsible for defining and delivering the direction, culture, and technology approach for the organization's digital estate. Kinda also served as the Development Manager, overseeing the planning and implementation of development projects across the GLA's digital platforms. Prior to this, Kinda worked as the Lead Delivery Manager for the Mayor of London website.

Kinda Youssef Allamaa has a Master's degree in Anthropology of Development from Goldsmiths, University of London. Kinda also holds a Diploma in Human Rights Law for non-Lawyers from Raoul Wallenberg Institute, Lund University, Lund, Sweden. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Damascus University. In 2013, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
