Kinda Youssef Allamaa

Kinda Youssef Allamaa has extensive experience in digital strategy and project management. Kinda has worked as the Head of Delivery at the Greater London Authority, where they were responsible for defining and delivering the direction, culture, and technology approach for the organization's digital estate. Kinda also served as the Development Manager, overseeing the planning and implementation of development projects across the GLA's digital platforms. Prior to this, Kinda worked as the Lead Delivery Manager for the Mayor of London website.

In addition to their work at the GLA, Kinda was a Founding Member of Tech Ladies®, an organization that aims to support and advance women in technology. Kinda also held various roles at Amnesty International, International Secretariat, including Senior Digital Program Manager, Digital Project Manager, and Online Editor. In these positions, they managed global projects and teams focused on human rights advocacy and digital communication.

Earlier in their career, Kinda worked as a Media and External Relations Officer for the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where they played a key role in organizing and facilitating the out of Country Voting Programme in Iraq. Kinda also worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard University and held a Registration Officer position at the IOM.

Kinda Youssef Allamaa has a Master's degree in Anthropology of Development from Goldsmiths, University of London. Kinda also holds a Diploma in Human Rights Law for non-Lawyers from Raoul Wallenberg Institute, Lund University, Lund, Sweden. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Damascus University. In 2013, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
