Michele Lambert

Michele Lambert has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in digital communications and management. Michele has worked at the Greater London Authority as a Lead Product Manager since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Digital Product Manager from August 2017 to February 2021. From 2012 to 2017, Michele worked at Carers Trust, where they served as the Head of Digital Communications and also held the role of Online Manager. Before that, they were employed at The Princess Royal Trust for Carers as a Web Manager from 2007 to 2012. Michele has also worked at REDR UK as a Web Communications Officer, Ahpla Institute in Mexico City as an English Teacher, WWF Nepal as a Communications and Web Volunteer, Business Objects as a Software Engineer, and RWS Group as the Deputy Manager of the European Patents Department.

Michele Lambert obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in German, French, and European Studies from the University of Surrey, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Later, in 1999-2000, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from UCL. Additionally, Michele has earned two certifications in Digital Marketing Communications: a Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) with distinction from Econsultancy/Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) in 2013, and a Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) from the same institutions in 2012.
