Rachel Bagenal is a seasoned professional in housing regeneration and urban design, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Housing Regeneration and Delivery at the London Borough of Hackney since November 2011. Bagenal has held multiple leadership roles within Hackney Council, overseeing high-profile regeneration schemes and the development of thousands of new council homes. Additionally, Bagenal is a Co-founder and Director at Naked House, focusing on genuinely affordable housing, and serves as a Mayor's Design Advocate for the Greater London Authority.
