Louis Richards is an accomplished Principal Researcher with extensive experience in research and data analysis, particularly in the public sector. Currently employed at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since November 2017, Louis has held multiple roles focusing on evidence-based policy and strategy development in policing, crime, and economic growth. Prior to this, Louis served as a Communications Administrator at NICE, managing external inquiries related to health and social care policies. Additionally, Louis contributed to drug and alcohol recovery services at Lifeline Project Ltd, where responsibilities included research, impact measurement, and data analysis to improve service outcomes.
