Niamh Foley

Niamh Foley is a Policy and Project Support Officer at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority since March 2022, bringing a strong background in public service roles. Previously, Niamh worked at Lancashire County Council in various capacities, including Service Support Officer and Business Support Officer, where responsibilities included arranging multi-agency conferences and managing communications within the Child Protection Team. Prior to this, Niamh served as a Receptionist & Business Support Officer and a Personal Assistant at Buccleuch, focusing on administrative support and stakeholder engagement. Niamh holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from The University of Edinburgh and a Master of Arts in Social Policy from the University of Central Lancashire.
