Polly Barr (she/her)

Polly Barr is a Senior Communications Officer at Greater Manchester Combined Authority, where Polly leads communications for Fostering and Early Years since July 2023. With previous experience in promoting the Greater Manchester Apprenticeships and Careers Service, Polly has also worked as a Gig Promoter and Marketing Lead for LOOSE FIT LTD since November 2020, promoting underground music events focused on inclusivity. Additionally, Polly hosts a monthly indie/alternative radio show as a volunteer and has held various roles in marketing, social media management, and event coordination at organizations including Salford Pride and the University of Manchester Students' Union. Polly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester.
