Rachel Harley has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to consultation, engagement, and community involvement. Rachel started their career as a Membership Coordinator at Age Concern South Staffordshire before progressing to the role of Forum Support Officer. In 2008, they joined Local Involvement Network as a Community Engagement Officer. From 2010 to 2017, Rachel worked at the Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, first as a Consultation and Engagement Officer and later as a Consultation and Engagement Manager. Rachel then moved to the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, where they held the position of Consultation and Engagement Manager before being promoted to the role of Head of Engagement and Insight in December 2018.

Rachel Harley's education history consists of multiple degrees and courses.
