Richard Waggott

Richard Waggott is an experienced professional in the fields of business and economy, currently serving as Principal at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since January 2020. Prior to this role, Richard held several positions at The Manchester Metropolitan University, including Degree Apprenticeship Development Manager and Relationship Manager for Greater Manchester, from August 2015 to December 2019.
