Sharon Kelly

Sharon Kelly is a Senior Principal Skills Manager for Adult Education at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority since September 2018 and also serves as a Consultant at SMK Consultancy. Previously, Sharon held positions as Head of Supply Chain at LTE Group, where responsibilities included leading subcontracted provision and managing contracts for non-core funded programs. Additionally, experience includes serving as ESF Project Manager at The Manchester College, managing the ESF Skills Support for the Workforce initiative, and working as Neighbourhood Employment Manager for St. Helens Council, where responsibilities involved coordination of employment and skills initiatives. Sharon's career began at Wirral Borough Council as Neighbourhood Renewal Project Commissioning Manager, focusing on community partnership activities. Education includes a Prince2 Practitioner qualification in Project Management from the Knowledge Academy and various other educational pursuits at Wigan & Leigh College and Wirral Metropolitan College.
