Stephanie Simms

Stephanie Simms is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in low carbon initiatives and performance management, currently serving at Greater Manchester Combined Authority since December 2020. Stephanie also operates as a business owner at Rescued Designs since September 2023. Previous roles include chairing the Apprenticeship Working Group at Bury Council, managing partnerships at JM Excellence in Training for Schools & Businesses, and overseeing operations at Seetec Outsource. Stephanie's earlier career includes positions at Greater Manchester Combined Authority and The Source Skills Academy. Academically, Stephanie holds a PGCE in Education and a BA Hons in Textile Design for Fashion & Interiors from The University of Huddersfield.
