Dipa Chesters has extensive experience in human resources and business services, currently serving as T/Head of Business Services and HR Senior Partner at Greater Manchester Police since March 2019. Prior to this role, Dipa worked at West Yorkshire Police from November 2007 to March 2019, holding various positions including Human Resources Manager, HR Officer, Personnel Officer, and Senior Personnel Assistant. Dipa's career in recruitment began as a Recruitment Consultant at Roevin Technical People from 2005 to 2007. Educationally, Dipa holds a degree in Human Resources Development from The University of Huddersfield and a BA Hons in English Literature from The University of Hull.
