Howard Millington

Howard Millington is currently a University Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire, bringing their extensive experience as a police officer to the School of Justice. With previous roles in Greater Manchester Police as District Superintendent and Detective Chief Inspector, as well as holding a Master of Science in Criminal Investigation and a Bachelor of Science in Policing & Police Studies, Howard is dedicated to guiding and supporting students in their academic and personal growth as they prepare for their future careers.
