Cate DeBates

Cate DeBates is the current Governor of City Center Partnership at Greater Mankato Growth. Prior to this, they worked as an Outreach Coordinator at LEEP (Leisure Education for Exceptional People), a nonprofit that provides innovative and inclusive programming for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Cate also worked as a Donor Relations Manager at YWCA of Mankato, where they were responsible for implementing annual fundraising efforts, stewarding donor relationships, and providing marketing and logistical support to additional program areas.

Cate DeBates has a Masters in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the same school.
