The Operations Team at GMi is responsible for overseeing the implementation of construction projects, ensuring that all activities align with safety standards and meet client expectations. Composed of a Safety Coordinator, Field Operations Manager, and Corporate Safety Director, the team focuses on coordinating field operations, maintaining safety protocols, and facilitating effective communication between the project site and corporate office to enhance efficiency and quality in delivering drywall, framing, and acoustical solutions.
